The service person is very nice, but I found out after I drove 41 miles in a rain storm that Cris Crain cannot perform recalls on Fiats. I made an appointment for 9, specifically for a recall on my Fiat 124. Why I could make an appointment for an issue they cannot accomplish is quite astounding, and why did have rain. The rain continued until I got home. Driving 82 miles in the pouring not my idea fun, especially for absolutely nothing. I would say that Cris Crain Fiat lost a customer, but only if they still exist.
Went to get oil changed , took 2 1/2 hrs and $100.00 . Couldn't get my truck to start afterwards. Just one of those things

Arrived for my scheduled appointment as was told the schedulers are in Dallas. "We close at noon on Saturday and we don't have a technician to perform the service." He also said I was the 4th person to show up for services they couldn't do. Another person said he would do it. Tune-up and oil change. $420.00. Got home after 3 hr wait and all fluids were low, wiper fluid empty. Car is now jumping when started after spark plug change (the only thing checked on tune up). Was offered a free oil change for the oversight. Googling ... read more
