Went to get oil changed , took 2 1/2 hrs and $100.00 . Couldn't get my truck to start afterwards. Just one of those things

Arrived for my scheduled appointment as was told the schedulers are in Dallas. "We close at noon on Saturday and we don't have a technician to perform the service." He also said I was the 4th person to show up for services they couldn't do. Another person said he would do it. Tune-up and oil change. $420.00. Got home after 3 hr wait and all fluids were low, wiper fluid empty. Car is now jumping when started after spark plug change (the only thing checked on tune up). Was offered a free oil change for the oversight. Googling ... read more

Ordered a part for abduct and was charged nearly double the cost I called a local dealer gave them the molar part number and it was less than $20 cost me nearly twice that I did call and got a frosty reception vote with my feet never going back
