After talking with a few plumbers, I met Santiago, and he was easily the most genuine and trustworthy person I spoke with. He took time to listen to all my concerns and explained everything clearly. He and his partner went far beyond a basic water heater installation in my very old Riverside home. Campbell Family Plumbing & Electric recently came out and fixed the sink filter so the sewer smell stopped coming through. It was a fast plumbing repair, and Santiago did an excellent job. We have a plumbing service agreement, and a technician came out for our yearly plumbing inspection. Walter arrived on time, did a very thorough check, and clearly explained his recommendations. He was knowledgeable, professional, and respectful while working in our home. We have also used this plumbing team before for a new sump pump and backup system installation, as well as drain cleaning to clear clogged pipes. We had to call for emergency plumbing help in the middle of a diy cast iron to pvc dwv replacement after a drain line problem got beyond what i could handle. Near the end of the job, while cutting the old cast iron where it came through the slab opening, the pipe split and broke back inside the foundation wall. That was way outside my skill level, so blake came out very fast.
