I was thoroughly impressed with the service (inspection) I received and their attention to detail. I was nervous about this process since this does determine if you would still be interested in the house being inspected. The home being inspected was built a long time ago, and they had a lot to look over, taking them about 3 hours, which I was OK with since I did want to know as much as possible. I ordered and inspection on a potential house that I want to buy and they did a great job finding issues that could of cost me down the road. Instead I was able to get credit for the repairs required and even have the house lowered in price rather pay the asking price. The price is very fair and not only you have 1 but 2 inspectors who will go through the house faster then expected and makes the process easy. Dave and Harley did a great job with our inspection. They are working together so our inspection was much faster (still took around 2 hours). They were extremely patient with our endless questions and us walking around with them and poking our heads while they were working. I would highly recommend them, the final report that we got from them is comprehensible and easy to understand. They also sent us a lot of pictures with the final report which is always very useful.
