Once upon a time I bought a wrapped car (don't do this) when it came time to unwrap the car unfortunately due to unknown previous body work a bunch of paint came off the rear of the car and some other places. Amir and his guys did a phenomenal job paint matching an almost impossible color, Grigio Abu Dhabi (an $11,400 rare paint option), they went out of their way to source the right pigments and expertly blended all the paint work on the car. Major WARNING. I would run from this place. Don’t let your insurance shoehorn you to this place. If you get involved and ask any smart questions they will attempt to ruin your life using your personal information. You’ve been warned. Like other low reviews, ZERO communication from Campbell Collision. Every time I called to ask for a status on my car, I was provided some bologna every time I called for a status update. Watch out for a feisty napoleon lookalike who gets angry when you don’t compliment him on his hair doo. Helen Keller can do better body work than what was given back to me. And lastly, they promote their grossly expired Diamond Certification when in reality it should be coal certification.
Would not recommend. I had a reason for a comeback due to their poor insurance-paid work but PAID OUT OF POCKET to a real professional to fix their flawed work. Lost all trust when I saw the "completed" vehicle and knew right then they did not care about quality and a happy customer. What's important to them more than anything is collecting that insurance check. Too bad, oh and like other reviews, ZERO status from them for the duration of the repair. Dont walk, run far away!!
Around three months ago I brought my Tundra in (on a weekday; took a day off from work) and requested an estimate to have my truck painted. Employee (female) asked me to complete a form and stated they'd follow up and contact me. Nobody ever called, emailed, texted, etc. I took my business elsewhere. I advise to stay away from here.
