Went in for knee replacement. Very professional caring staff made me feel comfortable
I had ankle surgery in October 2026. I was rescheduled for it once due to delayed approval from my insurance and then rescheduled on the day prior to my surgery without my knowledge. I was checked in normally with no concerns on the timing of my admittance and they went through the documents and took payment. I wanted to be able to provide a better review as being in healthcare I try to look for the good in my experiences and give grace. So I will say upfront the 2 stars are for the check-in person and our pre and post op nurses (Janet and Kaci). My 6 year old son was scheduled at this location for closed reduction and pin placement.
