Nice clean, pleasant staff, It's nice to feel comfortable
I wanted to be able to provide a better review as being in healthcare I try to look for the good in my experiences and give grace. So I will say upfront the 2 stars are for the check-in person and our pre and post op nurses (Janet and Kaci). My 6 year old son was scheduled at this location for closed reduction and pin placement. As stated above the check in person was amazing and she was very kind. Our pre-op Nurse Janet was also very kind and helpful and ensured we were informed and taken care of. When I arrived in the parking lot a nice security guard met me at my car and walked me to the building. The whole staff was nice and friendly and the service was swift.
