I wanted to be able to provide a better review as being in healthcare I try to look for the good in my experiences and give grace. So I will say upfront the 2 stars are for the check-in person and our pre and post op nurses (Janet and Kaci). My 6 year old son was scheduled at this location for closed reduction and pin placement. When I arrived in the parking lot a nice security guard met me at my car and walked me to the building. The whole staff was nice and friendly and the service was swift.
When I arrived in the parking lot a nice security guard met me at my car and walked me to the building. The whole staff was nice and friendly and the service was swift.
Felt a little robotic at first dealing with office staff regarding insurance and payment but.... everyone during the care process was exceptional. They took good care of me, making sure I was informed and comfortable throughout the process.
