I like my doctor, but they need to change their check in process. Spend 10 minutes checking in and paying on the phone before getting to my appointment. When I get there they send me 2 more links to check in. I told the receptionist I already checked in. She tells me I must have missed the questions after I submitted my payment. Go back through the whole check in just to find out that the last couple of "questions" are attempt to sell me something. Thanks for wasting my time.
I believe he is the best prepared physician I have seen. He understood all the nuances of my healing shoulder and the best path moving forward to achieve a successful outcome.
He listens to my concerns and addressed them. I was able remove part of my arm brace which will help me sleep better and maybe less pain. I was happy with most of the news but still in a brace for another 3 weeks.
