Campbell Clinic uses a deliberately confusing billing structure to offload charges onto third parties without properly notifying patients. I received no clear bill, no explanation of separate charges, and no chance to pay—just a collections notice out of nowhere. When I called, they disclaimed all responsibility and pointed fingers at another billing entity. This isn’t just unprofessional—it’s predatory. Patients shouldn’t need legal advice just to understand what they owe.
I was very disappointed I went in on the 9th of May (left work and it was my 1st there) i was in so much pain in my back well they did x-rays and I was given pain medicine that is not working and I told the nurse I need a work excuse and she had me going back the next day if I’m in pain why would you make me go back to work… I don’t know if I will go back to Dr. Omar Medina he seem to be nice but his nurse act like they don’t care about your health
I love this place I don't wait long to be seen by staff,nurses or doctors everyone very professional caring and understanding I had a total shoulder replacement surgery and they real been going above and beyond and I'm very grateful for each everyone thru this process thank you all
Lack of communication by the staff and Dockery basically put me in a walking boot after 2 mins… Asked to speak with him to follow up with questions and was told he was gone for the day
