I love this place I don't wait long to be seen by staff,nurses or doctors everyone very professional caring and understanding I had a total shoulder replacement surgery and they real been going above and beyond and I'm very grateful for each everyone thru this process thank you all
Lack of communication by the staff and Dockery basically put me in a walking boot after 2 mins… Asked to speak with him to follow up with questions and was told he was gone for the day
I was in a car accident and my knee had been progressively getting worse since the accident, and eventually gave out underneath me. I went here as a walk-in. I came in limping & the two people at the front desk stared at their computers for a while before rudely pointing to where I check in at & then looking back at their laptops. Campbell Clinic on Wolf River Blvd, Physical Therapy - Not that they care, they don't want to know how they served their patients. That's why they do not have P T review section on their website or on Google nor would they email you the survey about your visit. My therapists are great. But, Brandy, the receptionist at this location is absolutely rude! For no reason. I asked to see if I can change my appointment.
