Unless you want to be spoke to like you are dumb and called a liar I highly recommend not doing business at this place. I called about a truck that was advertised on their website and a salesman named lebay was very unprofessional and talked to me like i was a child. After calling back to speak to the one of the sales managers about this employee i understood where he got his training. Horrible experience all together.
Took my hellcat for an oil change and a noise in the rear end. Service tec went for a joyride, luckily for him there was no rubber on the quarter panels, who knows what would’ve happened then. Don’t use this place, I’m sure they had an excuse to take advantage of me.
Paid 100k for a truck and it keeps peeling trying to get it fix at this place is a freaking joke. I had to take my new truck with less than 9k miles on it for peeling twice and it was brand new. And the service department keeps putting it off moving the date and it’s a freaking joke. Don’t buy from this place I will take my business elsewhere where before I ever buy anything from this place again.
I went in for a routine oil change!! Neil was great!! I had a recall on my truck he was able to handle my oil change and the recall quickly!!
