Life changing! Dr. O is kind, professional and cares for all his patients. His office staff are all kind and friendly. They’re fast and great about scheduling appointments. Hands down the best place to get adjusted.
Wow!! First visit on phone told them what insurance I have made appt. Walked in registration was long and tedious questionnaire. Then shock after consult xrays there is a First Visit discount fee of $40!!! I was not told about this fee on phone at time of setting up appr nor at registration! Only informed After The fact....I have full coverage but was Told my insurance will not cover!!??? I want to speak to Manager

I was referred there by my primary Dr. I was contacted by thier office and was told i was approved by my medical insurance. First day went well, But Unbeknownst to me, I was not approved. I was asked to return two days later, When i arrived 15min (1:45p.m) early. I walked up to the door and found it closed, my appt was at (2pm). I was confused so I walked back to my vehicle.
