If I could give the firm a zero star, I would. Mike Campbell and his team are HORRIBLE. They are grossly incompetent. Who six months after a closing emails the seller and says you owe the buyer $600 because of OUR mistake. Whoops. Well this firm. And why is that - because they forgot to file certain paperwork with MULTIPLE COUNTIES!!! They also forgot to give the buyers paperwork for homestead to reduce the tax bill.
