If I could give the firm a zero star, I would. Mike Campbell and his team are HORRIBLE. They are grossly incompetent. Who six months after a closing emails the seller and says you owe the buyer $600 because of OUR mistake. Whoops. Well this firm. And why is that - because they forgot to file certain paperwork with MULTIPLE COUNTIES!!! They also forgot to give the buyers paperwork for homestead to reduce the tax bill. And now the buyer should be on the hook for the extra tax bill No way. Buyer - you need put your big girl pan... read more
