We needed an appraisal on a house done quickly and Matt was able to come out the same day and deliver a report that evening. Very professional and timely.
I was very disappointed in the appraisal done for my mother. There are two dwellings on opposite ends of a breezeway. The square footage was determined based only on 1 side. An appraisal was done in 2009 by another agent who used both sides; this created a difference in price from 2009's $230k to 2019's $205k.
