I’ve been with this agency over 20 years. Erie is raising our premium yet again, $100 a month more over 2 years!! I called Campbell and Associates to cancel my auto plan but to keep home and life for now for I will need to look elsewhere. Ashely answered and stated “well, your home premium will just go up” I explained I understand but will figure that out later. She just said “ok” real snotty and hung up without offering to look at Progressive or Grange. Ashley maybe needs to learn customer service skills. I’m not giving one... read more
