Do not use this company. Dryer wasn’t heating, called them, charged me $335 (part and service fee). Technician came to fix dryer just for it to completely stop working and literally burnt my clothes ALL ON THE SAME DAY. It has completely new problems, they offered to send out another technician but would have to pay for new parts???? No refund, no partial refund. They will break your appliances and make you pay for it. Absolutely ridiculous. That’s how they stay in business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
These people suck all I can say do not get them
After dealing with the nightmare of scheduling these people to come out in the first place. The fridge they fixed went out again a week later. The showed up again performed the same repair. (Magically had the thermostat in stock this time) and the fridge has now gone out for the 2nd time. Do not waste your time or money here.
If I could give 0 start to this company I will I paid $720 to fix my washer and dryer and they didn't fix it , I call back to the store and the manager yell at me telling me he won't give my money back and he will fix it whenever he want his name is STEVE , I'm a manager too and I will never treat a client like that , they had been saying they come on they to fix Mt wsssher and they never come. .. my boyfriend had been asking days at work to wait for they for the end of the day say they will come another day , don't evener c... read more
Seriously, and to have the audacity to emphasize the “$129.99 plus tax” for your tech to come out, then to reschedule, not once but twice thru an automated system is pathetic…Why make the appointment if you are cherry picking jobs? Cancel that appointment, tried calling but no answer.
