OMG I wish I saw this before I paid money to get my washer and dryer fixed..a month later and they say they still waiting on parts.. when I try to call today they hung up on me twice..I highly advice not using this company

Asked for a breakdown on the invoice for parts labor and service charges but I have not seen it yet 😕
Do not use this company. Dryer wasn’t heating, called them, charged me $335 (part and service fee). Technician came to fix dryer just for it to completely stop working and literally burnt my clothes ALL ON THE SAME DAY. It has completely new problems, they offered to send out another technician but would have to pay for new parts???? No refund, no partial refund. They will break your appliances and make you pay for it. Absolutely ridiculous. That’s how they stay in business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
