Just don’t do it! 1st off- WE WERE ROBBED BY THE REPAIRMEN. Literally have footage of them unnecessarily accessing my garage. 2nd ,they didn’t put the hose/screws back on the fridge so it’s been leaking for days- I now have floor damage. The manager refused to refund our installment fee or appropriately escalate the matter. TRASH.
It's interesting that negative reviews seem to disappear from this site. Mine did, and several others have mentioned the same thing. Also, Campbell's regularly claims they have no record of a customer who complained. Again, very interesting. My advice is the same as the first time I wrote a comment: DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, USE THIS COMPANY. Our experience with Campbell's has been a true nightmare. Just buy a new appliance. For the cost of the repair, the wait time, and then breaking more during the repair than what was wrong to begin with, you'll be better off without the aggravation.
Do not use this company if you want the job done!! Worst company I have ever dealt with! Not only was my appliance worse then when they came out!! The personal lies. The man I spoke with to try and talk about the situation got very aggressive and told me that my witnesses and I were telling stories and there was nothing I could do about how they handle the situation.
