Do Not use this company for anything. Incompetent and unprofessional. Paid for a part over $500 haven't seen or heard from them in Over 2 months. Still waiting on the repairs to be made. Made multiple calls requesting refund was told they don't do refunds and a receipt was sent via email. Which I never gave them. Unbelievable that people like this can even be in business. Next stop Better Business Bureau.

BEWARE - they'll install parts that you don't need and charge you for them. A week later they called and said they will issue a refund for the unneeded part. However, they replaced the compressor in the fridge and a month later the freezer isn't working. I called a different repair company and the tech observed residue below the compressor indicating a freon leak. Ergo, they can't correctly replace a fridge compressor.

Just don’t do it! 1st off- WE WERE ROBBED BY THE REPAIRMEN. Literally have footage of them unnecessarily accessing my garage. 2nd ,they didn’t put the hose/screws back on the fridge so it’s been leaking for days- I now have floor damage. The manager refused to refund our installment fee or appropriately escalate the matter. TRASH.

It's interesting that negative reviews seem to disappear from this site. Mine did, and several others have mentioned the same thing. Also, Campbell's regularly claims they have no record of a customer who complained. Again, very interesting. My advice is the same as the first time I wrote a comment: DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, USE THIS COMPANY. Our experience with Campbell's has been a true nightmare.
