Had to call these people about 70 time over the course of 3 days just to get in touch with someone. The space might be nice but be ready to fight tooth and nail for it.
It’s impossible to get in contact with anyone in the office. Called the number on the sign they have posted never an answer. Decided to go up to the physical office still no luck. Not sure why it’s soo hard to get in contact with these people. very unprofessional
I shopped these apartments yesterday and I must say they are absolutely gorgeous!!! Very spacious and there were beautiful hardwood floors throughout the entire unit!!! The property manager Valencia was just as sweet as she could be and extremely helpful. I will definitely be referring this property to all of my clients in the area.
I usually don't say anything but enough is enough. She work hard for these reviews and then somebody like "Sean" get on here and just start lying. It's not cool. Yall paid $750 deposit. Everybody else pays $400 but yall had evictions. She still tried to help just told yall to pay $350 extra. That's where she messed up. "Sean" can't possibly know what happens in the office. Valencia was extremely professional. She communicated every step of the way during the rental process. She went over and beyond and responded in a timely fashion when I had questions. I would highly recommend this property!
