I shopped these apartments yesterday and I must say they are absolutely gorgeous!!! Very spacious and there were beautiful hardwood floors throughout the entire unit!!! The property manager Valencia was just as sweet as she could be and extremely helpful. I will definitely be referring this property to all of my clients in the area.
I usually don't say anything but enough is enough. She work hard for these reviews and then somebody like "Sean" get on here and just start lying. It's not cool. Yall paid $750 deposit. Everybody else pays $400 but yall had evictions. She still tried to help just told yall to pay $350 extra. That's where she messed up. "Sean" can't possibly know what happens in the office. Valencia was extremely professional. She communicated every step of the way during the rental process. She went over and beyond and responded in a timely fashion when I had questions. I would highly recommend this property!
My daughter lives on this property so I visit there quite often. I like that my grandson has a safe and clean place to live. The property is always well maintained and looks very safe and clean. I have met the manager at a family event my daughter was having and she was very friendly and even came over and introduced herself to my daughters guest. I would advise anyone looking for a nice clean and well organized property to try this property. The landscape and the homes are beautiful.
I was extremely happy with my visit to this apartment. The manager was so nice and professional.. I would recommend this place to anyone..
