This office refuse to make an appointment after they tossed my sons authorization and claimed they never received it. My son requires an urgent appoint for a perforated ear membrane. The office keeps playing games on the phone and refusing to book an appointment for his treatment. They refuse to put the manager on the phone. I hope someone reads this and let management or even the doctor know what her office staff is doing. To make matters worst they are rude.
