I had the best experience with Williams Homes. Very patient and customer service oriented. I had dealt with Kathleen.
Beware!! This company will lie to you , trick you into signing documents, threaten to stop construction if you don’t sign them, refuse to provide documents and information to appraisers, and make it virtually impossible to schedule a private inspection. Lastly, their construction materials are of poor quality, and they are sloppily assembled. The Campanile development is prone to flooding as seen after recent rains.
