Hadn't seen a dentist in years and went to Dr Campanella. So far so good, am getting referred to another Dr for possible root canals. He's a good dentist, made me comfortable and communicated well. His receptionist is a bit overbearing and her ethics a little questionable when dealing with customers..

Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! Their office was well organized, clean, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and patients are seen on schedule. They have a good professional reputation, and came highly recommended. They were knowledgeable and the dentist listented to my concerns before giving me his own recommendation for treatment. I was very pleased with my new patient visit and found them to be thorough, including taking the time to call my insurance company for an overview of my dental insurance before my visit.

Did this provider show attention to detail? Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information Was this dentist friendly? Not at all Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? Not at all. I was extremely bored the entire time Were you able to relax during your appointment? No, I had to leave I was so distressed Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but very little

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did this provider use excessive foul language? No
