RecommendedNostalgia and simple pleasures.Its a beautiful treasure. The tree house brings out the kid in my heart it’s so sweet. I’ve been visiting over the past 27 years and love the Sunday outdoor mass . The wind whispers thru the ever greens and the sun glistens on Lake Wandawega . Anyone fortunate to have an event there is indeed blessed. It’s a magical place frozen in time .
Relaxed fun place to be. And great people too! Summer and winter. Cross country skiing on the 4 wheeler trail? Come visit Camp Watauga this summer.
Seriously the most amazing little gem in Wisconsin. The attention is in the details and the camp grounds are perfect!!! I would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!!!

Redolent with history and curated with expert care by owners with a personal history within these walls, makes for an immersive experience like none other. I pledge to return, if only in my dreams, for a spell was cast on this besotted guest and, if there’s a cure for this, I don’t want it.
