Because of my work, I travel through various cities across the country, and I’m really grateful to have found this box. It has all the necessary equipment, a spacious and clean environment, and an incredible community. I also received great support and guidance from my coach. Such an amazing gym and an equally incredible community! My husband and I joined CFML and we did not see ourselves as “crossfitters,” but Coach Z and his team of coaches have guided us the entire way, and we are hooked! They’ve taught us the foundations of weight lifting and we have seen a transformation in our strength and abilities. Coach Z’s attention to detail in how he runs his gym and creates the workouts is something to be admired. We’ve gained an amazing family through CFML, one that we are so grateful for!
