I would like to commend Dr Hein Nguyen for his exceptional work. It is obvious that this is not just a job for him. It is his calling…his ministry. My husband has many health challenges and as Dr. Nguyen works with him, he listens intently, explains, and engages my husband. He has a manner that encourages my husband to strive to do better. He is professional with the added touch of caring, They share their love for fishing and music. He is truly an asset to the Kaiser family.
I have been a Kaiser Permanente client for many years. I always get prompt care. Their staff is exceptionally patient and caring. I get prompt replies to my email messages. I get quick notification if my appointment Is canceled or changed. Premium and quality care every time.
I just love them at the Camp Springs location. I have been going there for years. Every time I come they show me love and acknowledgment from the time I walk in the door. Dr. Arthur’s brings a smile and tears of joy each time I see her she is the best. Yes my doctor is the ultimate best even though she is just the provider she genuinely cares for her patients.
