RecommendedEven though we don't board too often, they always remember our dogs when we arrive. They're always courteous, the dogs are always happy and healthy when they come home.
We just moved to the area and visited and compared several places before leaving our weimaraner for the weekend. ther dogs here were not barking so much which told me they were getting playtime and the rooms were pretty spacious with half of the kennel in an air conditioned space. The environment, staff and prices were great and we opted for the fitness package as she has a lot of energy. When we picked her up she was washed, playful and content. We will definatly be bringing her back!
The entire staff at Camp Schultz are dog and cat lovers. My dogs hate to leave when I come to pick them up. Huge beautiful play yards with artificial turf and lots of shade!
So grateful to Camp Schultz. We were on vacay the past few days. We didn't think our pup, Chewy, would go insane if we left the camper. I was bummed that we'd have to stay in camper all week & not do anything fun in San Diego.... Camp Schultz took Chewy with about 20 minutes warning. They were EXTREMELY nice & professional. They saved our vacation. 20 stars!!
I absolutely trust these wonderful people with my two fur babies. I am pretty harsh when it comes to judging places the "promise " to care for your pet the way you would. I tried another place and this was further from the truth. I swore I would never board my babies ever again, however my very good friend boarded hers and gave very wonderful reviews. So I tried it and now this is the only place I will ever go.
I recused a 4 year old jack Russell about 4 months ago he has issues with people I’ve been sending him to camp Schultz for day care once a week so he can slowly get use to it. He’s not an easy dog and I’m so happy they accept him. One of the employees actually got My Gus to trust him which isn’t easy. So far I’m very pleased and hope to be able to leave him for boarding when I go on vacation.
I don’t like this place, has bad customer service and are misleading in their prices when you call. They initially said they would charge a $21 fee for boarding, per dog per day but when we picked them up they ended up charging 2 days even though our dogs stay was only 24 hours, from Friday 6 pm to Saturday 5:30 pm. So I guess when you board your dog here you will always pay at least 2 days even if is only one night stay. The lady that gave us our dogs was rude when I asked clarification on the bill.
