I would have given 0 stars if i could. I took my son to Dr Jeniffah Jantan because he was poking and pulling his ear alot and was not eating any meal. Fussy and crying . I asked her to examine his ears, throat and chest. She said all is fine. He is just being a toddler. But i knew something was wrong . I took him to another gp in glenroy. He checked and told me he has a rash and redness in his ears and prescribed him drops and asked me to have follow up after a week to see if he develops an infection. Today I had an appointment and I'm absolutely disgusted. Dr Jennifer was so rude and unprofessional she treated me so badly with the most disgusting attitude because apparently she was "angry" at her previous client and she lashed out on me because I asked her the same question twice jusy trying to confirm my questions. I reached there at 4:15 direct walk in, she charged me straight away without EFTPOS machine, to her bank account. after waiting for 45 min Dr came out and said its 5 today come back tomorrow or some other day. i visited for my daughter's diarrhoea issue. then i said i can't come again here so she agree to return my paid amount to my account for that she took like 20 min but didn't want to see my daughter's health. worst Doctor i have ever seen in my life, Allah will never give peace and success to the people like her
Their service depends on the doctor's mood. There are days when she is extra friendly laughing and joking and then there are days when she treats you like an idiot. I'm so disappointed that I was treated so bad. Walking out of her door made me feel like a liar and a stupid. People come to you because they are concerned not because they are wasting your time.
