I could give a 5 starts, but the breakfast was not acceptable, specially because it is not free, 15.00 for adults 10.00 for kids not worth it.The bagel and pancakes were hard. And big shout-out for Vicki; she did a four person job and she was very nice.
This is one of the best hotel/lodge I have been to in pigeon forge. They have a very large variety of activities suitable for all ages, Very clean pools, great Service, and best of all it’s dog friendly!! Also Tj and Jonathan were very great they both helped me get a screw out of my crock. Tj was also always checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed.
We have stayed at this resort- rv section- since it opened and it’s unfortunately gone downhill. The rv bathrooms are not clean- mold and mildew and always standing water. The women’s side doesn’t even have hot water in the second shower. Staff try but you can tell they are stressed. No one monitors the pool/jauzzzi anymore. My 13 year old daughter had to pull a little boy to help when no parents or staff were watching. The jacuzzi says 16 or older but is overrun with small children in the evenings to the point it’s unusable... read more
