On Jan 14 2022, my wife had knee sugary at Camp Lowell Surgery Center. I few days before the surgery they notified us they wanted $2450, our max out of pocket, for our insurance. Two weeks after the surgery I discovered they had over charged us $477.24, so we asked for a refund, and they said no. So we challenged this amount with our credit-card company. Disappointed. Relieved saying I was no longer a patient. When I called they said they sent the letter to wrong person. Scheduled an appointment for 1/14/21. Took the day off walked in and found my appointment was canceled. Can "sqeeze" me but have to wait another hour...This office is a mess and needs new leadership.
RecommendedVery clean, and a very helpful, gentle and kind staff throughout the whole building, from the reception area to the RNs and Physicians. I was referred here as the cost for self pay patients is lower than the larger hospital surgery rooms, but the care is excellent, to say the very least. My thanks to everyone at the Camp Lowell Surgery Center.
