I have been with Dr. Goldberg for about 20 years and I think he and his medical staff are excellent. However, over the last couple of years his office and administrative staff have gotten so bad that I am leaving his practise. They no longer answer thier phones and don't call back within the promised times. They kept sending me bills after they had already recieved a check from my bank. The patient portal software they use is abismal, getting about 60% 1 star reviews on TrustPilot.
Amazing doctor (Goldberg), staff, and techs. The very best. Only gripes: Awful phone system, questionable billing issues, so far. Hoping they will resolve that expeditiously
