My mother is a widow. My father was a retired Marine. The housing is safe and nice. However, family members cannot get a pass to see their family member unless they go through the red tape every 4 days. I spend hours filling out paperwork every 4 days to get a pass to check on my mother. I am her care giver and still can't get a pass for longer than 4 days.
