Dominique provides top tier, white glove service. I have been at this property for 4+ years and we have had a lot of turnover. She has been a constant and a highlight in my day. She remembers residents by name and always greets everyone with warmth and professionalism. She is proactive, attentive, and genuinely cares about resolving issues quickly and thoroughly. I recently moved to the property. Ms. Natasha is a great manager. She was very helpful and she made my move in very easy for me.
I was put in this place due to my building got caught on fire by kids playing fireworks. I have lost everything. While I was there, my apartment was a roach festive. I had all kinds of weird bugs in my apartment. I even had roaches getting in my refrigerator. I got fed up and told Ms Taylor that I was moving at the end of the year. I did not sign a lease at all with them. I was told if I decided to move, I will not be penalized. Extremely urban staff...lazy, hostile, aggresive, can't follow instructions promises, absent minded, unorganized. Rat and roach infested. Unruly section type tenants everywhere.
I live at Woodlea Apts. and they are very horable they have no cleaning service so the place looks like a trash place and no other service!!!! can you please check it out!
If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you like mice for pets. This place is infested with mice, water leaks, mold, bed bugs. Management does not exist! Whoever gave this place a five star rating must work here.
New management 2021-2022 is unprofessional, disrespectful and rude to its senior tenants. The manager needs training on how to be sympathetic and friendly towards people. This rating is based on every single interaction I have had with the new manager. Seniors deserve to be treated with respect and this manager lacks it.
I lived here for 16 years and i can tell to those who think this is a paradise based on the cute description they put online; don't let a cute book cover rip you off your hard earn money! One of the worse things about this place is management! The so call manager spends her time sitting her a zz at a desk with the office door locked DURING BUSINESS HOURS eating fast food having the entire office smelling like it (gross) claiming she talking to residents when you can clearly hear she listening to music!!
