My husband and I left our Great Dane Milo at this facility hoping for a great vacation for him while we went on our honeymoon. He has been boarded before so we didn’t expect any issues. Turns out he was not eating and he was bit on the nose by another dog. They had to take him to Benton Animal Hospital because his nose was swelling. RecommendedMy dog waits anxiously every morning to find out if he’s going to camp or not. His excitement to go to CHT really tells me all I need to know about it. However, I always have questions; When is feeding time, how long are dogs alone overnight, how they are separated into play groups, etc., but the CHT staff is always open and honest with answering my questions. our 2 huskies had a blast. they came home tuckered out. they smelled amazing and looked better than ever after being pampered! I honestly do not think they missed us, they were busy playing!
Friendly staff and I had a happy worn out doggie when I left!
To be fair, I'm not a customer, I am a colleague of Dani and Matt's. But I think so highly of both of them through many discussions and face to face meetings over the years I feel compelled to let you all know what an absolute treasure you have in your community. kinder more caring peopke simply cannot be found. Dani, Matt, and I attend continuing education conferences together. They care about constantly learning and making their facility the best it can be for the pups in their care. My dogs are happy and warn out when I pick them up. Very nice staff.
They were nice enough to take him home to their house/ he’s 8 lbs and 12/ but they ridiculously overcharged me// I got sick and overstayed but $900 for 3 weeks WTH....and she tried to trim him without a groomers license/ cut his eye/ I’m done hope you are too.. my vet bill was considerably ridiculous after she “nicked him?!”
