Predatory cancelation terms. Poor customer service at home office. The app and chat bot are very frustrating to work with. You can no longer call a live person. Been a customer for 7 years and I can't get a viable solution to my issue.
Going through an extremely hard time. Camp Gladiator's system / program will not allow me to cancel my month to month membership discreetly or respectfully.
I wish I would have read the reviews 1st. I would never do business with this company. It is impossible to cancel. They continue to charge me even though I have requested for the membership to be canceled for 2 months. They are now threatening to send me to collections because I filed a dispute with my cc company. Although, they admit I never used the Bold part( I didn't know I had it) I only used the meal plan app and it was a horrible experience trying to use it. I tried it for the "free trial" . If I could do NEGATIVE 5 STARS I would! It is a scam and they don’t let you out of the contract at all and they will send you to collections. DO NOT SIGN UP for camp Gladiator!
I went through the very arduous task of canceling my account and they still sent me to collection. I now have to deal with a collection agency for what they are calling a “late fee”. I would recommend not doing business with this company.
