You receive written instructions and you receive verbal instructions. the secretary told you about the product before you came to the piercing room just to inform you. we like to inform our customers of aftercare. But since it wasn't the type that Google told you, you wasnt cofident in my word. Google wasnt doing the piercing. I discussed with you that the swabs would be better for you because you can easily go in your nose and clean.
