Very disappointed with this place. I came here to get my cat dental care (surgical extractions) because of the great reviews and low prices. But you get what you pay for... I arrived to pick up my kitty post-surgery and he was in his carrier, completely COVERED in dried, hardened feces. He had obviously been put in his carrier after surgery, had defecated, and nobody had checked on him for quite a while... long enough that it had dried and hardened all over him. When our sweet girl Güera became ill with lymphoma, you treated her with such gentleness and dignity, and you showed us incredible compassion and understanding. You took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and support us through an impossibly hard time. Very affordable, got all my pets shots here as well as spayed/neutered. My only issue is getting medical records for insurance. Its a hassle to get through to them by phone. Otherwise great service
