Camp Canine is the BEST! They helped me find my pup I rescued from Animal Lighthouse Rescue. She was in the park with me this morning and got spooked by another dog and took off! I immediately called Tanya at Camp Canine bc I knew her network was so big throughout the city. They made flyers, posted social media posts and ultimately helped me find my pup. It’s a testament to how great this place is that my 10lb puppy manages to drag me all the way from the corner to the door every time we get close. Penny just LOVES it here. The counselors are really nice and caring, both to dogs and humans alike. They have fun activities you can sign your pup up for and I love that they post pictures and can tell you what your dog did during the day, who they played with, etc. (I’m a sucker for details when it comes to Penny’s day!) Highly recommendable!!
I cannot say enough good things. I highly recommend taking your best friend to this wonderful place. My dog is very sensitive and skittish - afraid of her own shadow. The love, attentiveness and patience everyone has shown her (including the owner, managers and handlers) has been above and well-beyond. On top of that I'm never waiting long to pick up or drop off because Camp Canine is properly staffed. I have switched over from another doggy day care because of all the great work you guys do with dog rescuing and fostering. I prefer to support businesses (like yours) that are doing such great work to save dogs. So, thank you.
Our dog Beti loves Camp Canine. The staff is super friendly and competent, and it really helps to know that Beti will be in good hands when we drop her there. Our dog is a rescue, and taking her to Camp Canine has helped her to become more socialized. We always pick up a very happy and very tired puppy at the end of the day, she must have a lot of fun! Worth every penny.
These folks love dogs and support a dog friendly community. Bravo for your rescue efforts and love of all kinds of four legged friends!
