I dropped 5 dress shirts off to be laundered, pressed and starched, and folded for easy packing in my suitcase. When I arrived to pick up the order, they had hung my shirts instead of folding them. I came back today to pick up the folded shirts to find they just roughly folded and put into bags the already pressed shirts. If they had done a good job, I wouldn't mind, but 3 of the 5 shirts are going to have wrinkles I will have to iron due to poor folding - not even straight in some cases. Very disappointing. I took a custom table skirt to be cleaned at this location. Instead of dry cleaning it, they laundered it. It shrunk to where it is unusable. I had to make multiple phone calls and then visits to the store to try and work this out. Never once did a manager or owner call me. All they did was try to “stretch” it - which didn’t work. And all they offered me a was a refund of the cleaning fee. You can tell from the photo how much it shrunk and that they didn’t even iron or press it.
