RecommendedWe had our 11 month old puppy, nova boarded for 11 days! Everyday when I called to check on nova the staff was so friendly & were able to quickly give me an update! I received multiple pictures & text message updates on nova! I loved watching her play in the yard and I am so happy with our experience! The staff was so helpful when planning nova boarding & making her transition smooth! We will be back & I highly recommend!!

My first visit, everyone was so welcoming and informative. They fit me in last minute which was much appreciated.They actually gave a facility tour, which was very nice and clean. I love the live cameras to watch your pet play. Lots of fun extra add ons for play and snuggles. They also provide training if needed. So far so good.

We have been going here since it opened. Very professional staff. We always feel comfortable knowing that our dog is being well take care of. I would not hesitate to recommend. The camper cams are an added bonus that my wife enjoys
My dog always leaves so happy and tuckered out from playing! ....he didnt even make it to his blanket or couch spot just fell asleep on the floor haha. love this place!
Champion loved camp bow wow! He loves having so many dogs to play with and I love the peace of mind to be able to check the cams and check on him! He will definitely be back soon to enjoy a day of play. I never got to see his cute fb post though !

The Camp Staff is amazing and go above and beyond in their care for our furry family members. I can not recommend Camp Bow Wow in Waukesha enough!
I wish I could remember the names of the ladies at the front desk Monday morning but they were the sweetest and most welcoming people I’ve come across. All of my love is wrapped up in my puppy and to know that was I handing her over to people who truly seemed to care was an amazing feeling. They answered all of my questions and more. While I will admit that this facility's employees are friendly and my dog enjoyed his stay, my dog contracted bordatella/kennel cough. I understand that this is a risk when boarding your pet but management failed to notify clientele of multiple positive cases in their facility. Management stated that they will not contact clients until they have at least 10 postive and vet confirmed cases. $400 stay plus $300 emergency vet bill was a very expensive stay at Bowwow Waukesha. All of our Campers are required to be up-to-date on their vaccinations (DHPP, Bordatella, and Rabies), but unfortunately there are occasional bugs that can be contracted despite our best cleaning protocols - which is something we are upfront about both in the application you sign, as well as on the day of the interview.
