Brought my fur babies here because we live in California but spend some time here and wanted the dogs to have a place that gives them socialization and interaction with other dogs in a safe place. From the moment we brought them in it was a 5 star experience. Casey, the owner, is hands on and very knowledgeable about specific breeds and dogs in general. Our babies love the care and loving they receive at Camp Bow Wow. We have two German Shepards and they enjoy the socializing with all the other campers. The staff works well with them and takes care of their needs. They enjoy both daycare and boarding.
The staff here are friendly and professional. They have a genuine interest in the care of the dogs.
Started off so strong here. They have always taken good care of my dog, but I think a good part of running a business is your relationship with your owners as well. A lot of the staff is super unfriendly, and I think they have a lot to learn. It is important when running a business to pick your battles and apologize even if you don’t believe you are completely wrong.
