I called ahead to schedule a bath for my dog and clearly informed the staff that he is not neutered due to a serious heart condition, as is also explicit in his file given I’ve been to other locations before. I was told this wouldn’t be an issue and that I just needed to stop by for an interview, after which he could receive the bath the same day. We love Camp Bow Wow so much. My dog is always excited when we pull in the parking lot. The staff is amazing. We feel so safe leaving our Frenchie in their hands. Highly recommend!
Great friendly staff, very clean environment and extremely welcoming every time my dog gets boarded. They keep me posted if my dog isn’t eating well or just being fussy. They take such good care of my Sally!
An Updated Post. We have been away on the road but had to return home for a funeral. It wa so easy to schedule day care on the app even for Juy 3rd. As always our pup was excited when we arrived. He had a fun day with other Campers and an enrichment fetch session with Margarita. She even shared photos of his session. We could see his joy. He was happy and tired when we picked him up.
