Camp Bow Wow is the best! The staff is fantastic; they do an excellent job of making our dog feel safe and comfortable. They are friendly, always helpful and we truly appreciate their hard work and all the love they give the dogs. We’re so glad we have such an awesome place in our home town!
My dog was there for 8 days and I was mostly able to see how she was doing on camera. At times the camera wasn't working. I got updates on her play times and snuggle times. On the pick up day she got a bath, and teeth brushed before picking her up and there didn't seem to be any problems at this visit.
We love camp bow bow! They always take amazing care of our dogs. Our first pup is the OG of the facility and they always treat him like royalty. We recently adopted a new pup and they seemed as excited as us to our new addition. When I drop the dogs off, I am always confident they are well taken care of.
I called ahead to schedule a bath for my dog and clearly informed the staff that he is not neutered due to a serious heart condition, as is also explicit in his file given I’ve been to other locations before. I was told this wouldn’t be an issue and that I just needed to stop by for an interview, after which he could receive the bath the same day. We love Camp Bow Wow so much. My dog is always excited when we pull in the parking lot. The staff is amazing. We feel so safe leaving our Frenchie in their hands. Highly recommend!
