So grateful for this place. Kind employees. Clearly love dogs. My dog comes home happy every time which is the greatest review he could leave! (And the groomers have always done a stellar job!)
5-stars! Hands down! They have been WONDERFUL for our new rescue, Charlie, who has severe separation anxiety. Andrew is amazing! He has helped me on my first day and many days since! Don’t know what I’d do without him!
I just finished boarding my dog at Camp Bow Wow for 12 days. I made the reservation months ago. When I went to check out my bill increased because corporate leadership decided to charge a summer premium for weekends. They did not communicate with me that the rates changed. I was disappointed at the leadership decision to charge a loyal customer an increased rate without communication. I have spent thousands of dollars at Camp Bow Wow. This is no longer a local business, and the corporate ownership is showing.
