We left our dog at camp bow wow for a week and separated food into bags for each day. We instructed them to give her half of the bag for breakfast and the other half for dinner. She gets 1 cup for each meal so there were 2 cups in each bag. They fed her 1/2 a cup instead of half the bag, so she only got half of her normal food for each meal for a week. If I could leave 0 stars I would. When I took my pup for the trial to see if she was a good fit on Friday, 9/19 I was told she was… She came out happy & tail wagging to see me. After her trial run, I felt good about leaving her at your facility for 10+ days. I immediately booked boarding and was happy to find what I thought was a great place for her. This post is long overdue. When Camp Bow Wow Hoboken reopened, I was skeptical due to the previous abrupt closure a week after I registered my dog. However, the new ownership assured me they run 2 other camps and things will be different. And they were not lying. They are the absolute best. They were so accommodating from day 1. Best dog day care experience ever! My dog Kimi absolutely loves coming here - she starts pulling me towards the door from a block away! The staff do a tremendous job of keeping her safe, and they are always kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. There are plenty of activities to keep dogs entertained and happy, and I can tell Kimi is thriving. Knowing she’s so well taken care of allows me to focus at work with total peace of mind. If Kimi could talk, she’d probably yell “I LOVE YOU GUYS!”
