I am very pleased with Camp Bow Wow and this location. I don't feel like I have to worry when I drop my dog off for boarding. You give them what your dog needs and they take care of everything. I like using the app to watch the cameras when I want to see my dog when I'm away. They do an awesome job grooming too! I recommend their bath and request blow out if you got a double coated dog.
I would like to share my experience regarding an incident involving my pet at Camp Bow Wow in Richardson, Texas. After the incident occurred, I requested a meeting with the manager to discuss the matter in person. However, my request was declined, and instead, I was offered a phone call. (Part 2) He drunk at least a half a bottle of water just note my dog is only 12 pounds. Usually he wants to use the bathroom when we come out of daycare cause sometimes he won’t use the bathroom this time he didn’t even want to use the bathroom. Love Camp Bow Wow! Our dog gets so excited when we pull up and he realizes where we are. The staff are prompt in communicating, and always let me know if there's been any issues. We use both the daycare and the boarding options, and we are so glad to have such a safe and fun environment for our pup when we have busy schedules!
