I was told when I dropped my dog off that boarding her for one night would be $55, yet when I picked her up they charged me $64 and didn't tell me until after I paid that it was a "holiday rate." It was March 7, no holiday that I know of. If they charge more during spring break, then they need to tell me that in advance. My receipt does not mention any holiday rate on it, and I feel like they just overcharged me because they felt like it. Our first and last time using Camp Bow Wow.
