BUYER BEWARE — EXTREMELY TROUBLING EXPERIENCE. I would NEVER board my dog at Camp Bow Wow in Columbia, Maryland again. We dropped off our young Lagotto Romagnolo puppy calm, gentle, and well-behaved. We picked him up a day early because of growing concerns, and he came home extremely overstimulated, difficult to manage, and seemingly very hungry. Their dog and customer services is amazing. They treat my 5 month puppy very well and he is always excited come and exhausted to leave. The live cams give me peace of mind and let's me watch the dogs interact. Their first camper deal was such an amazing discount. The basic bath was great and we will use it again for ease of day care + bath time. My dog Sky came from a shelter and is very timid for a Siberian Husky. Camp Bow Wow did, I believe treat her with the sensitivity that she initially required. You can watch your pup via video monitor during the day which I appreciate. Overall a good experience.
