I have left my dog several times with Camp Bow Wow and I have to say they do an excellent job! They share pics while he is there and report any issues, if any. They give me peace of mind🩵🦺 Plus their grooming services are excellentThank u
I boarded my dog here overnight and picked him up soaking wet. Staff said he’d flipped his water bowl, but even if that’s true, someone should have dried him off before sending him home. It left me wondering how long he was left like that and how closely he was being monitored. Price-wise, overnight boarding is $70. This used to include all-day play on the pickup day so you could collect by 7 pm without extra charges. That policy change is disappointing—now I’m paying more with no added services to show for it. This facility is understaffed and the employees that are there, well they leave a lot to be desired. Everytime my dog came home he would drink water for 5 minutes straight, I witnessed several dog fights on the Webcam as employees lazed about. There were never less than 40 large dogs to one maybe 2 counselors on a good day when my dog was there. The facility is disgusting, poorly run, and management neglects to take responsibility when problems do occur. I wont be using any dog daycare ever again because my experience here w... read more
