Friendly and professional.
Been taking my dog here for 6 years; since he was a puppy. He has had multiple overnight stays, and countless day trips. Last week I had to board him for 3 days. On the his last day at around 330 in the afternoon I got a call from camp management. They stated that my dog had nipped at a counselor and he was no longer welcome at camp. (Completely understandable) After doing more digging I found out that no phone call was made to me or my emergency contact. Always love being able to bring our kid Duncan in for some play time
We had an awesome experience at camp bow wow! All the workers we encountered were friendly and helpful. We were a little nervous about how our dog would react since it was his first time being boarded, but every time we checked the camp cam he was active and wagging his tail. He was exhausted when he got home, but in the best possible way.
Camp Bow Wow is the best place to take your dog. We have been taking our puppy there for 5 years and he absolutely loves it.
