I cannot in good conscience recommend Camp Bow Wow in Cary. On my dog’s third day at this location, she was bitten on her side by another dog at around 12 PM, and staff did not notice until three hours later. Watching the footage myself, it’s clear she was already showing signs of retreating, keeping her distance, and being less active, laying down very often in the yard... yet no one intervened. Mason has been going to Camp Bow Wow for a little over 11 years and everything about his time there has been wonderful, caring and my mind is at complete ease because he is looked after with such dedication. They are truly a 10 star facility.
We are new to the area but were familiar with the Bow Wow franchise. The facility in Cary is a good size and the staff are attentive, experienced, and caring. They take good care of our fur baby. They have helped make our relocation to the area smoother. Our pup and his parents are all Happy Campers!
Our dog, Jax, stayed at the Cary Camp Bow Wow for 4 nights. He was very well taken care of and enjoyed his time there! He likes following the workers around and waiting for them to pet him:) I know I can relax knowing Jax is in good hands while we are away. Thank you and keep up the good work!
