They are not clear about the 1st visit being free is only the interview. They also neglected to tell me the interview is at least 3 hours. They also charge an extra 1/2 day for the day you pick your dog up. I also don’t like the very basic depressing dark kennel and the fact that 1 person is assigned for 25 dogs and that only a hose is used to break up fights. Could I give this place a 500 out of 5 stars? Because I totally would. My dog literally screams (yes, screams) to get out of the car when we pull up here. He loves it and they love the dogs, you can absolutely tell with how they interact with all the dogs, how loving and caring they are. This isn't my first doggy daycare for Ares, but it's been the best! Love the enrichments for him, too.
Love Camp Bow Wow! Dogs are always happy and enjoy their stay. Baths also very nice so they come home smelling fresh. Love the pics from PlayPals!
Our dog loves to go to Bow Wow and the staff is always so friendly and accommodating.. Today he got a bath and toe nail trim. We like it because he loves to go to Bow Wow and he gets scared when we take him to a regular groomer. Plus he gets to play with the other dogs before and after his bath.
Extremely pleased with the Service Received. Wonderful phone skills, listened to my needs and worked us in. Got our boys in very quickly and back out sooner than expected. Excellent experience and will definitely be back for additional services.
