This place is a life saver! My puppy gets wore out so it helps when I don’t have time for long walks. But also she’s so happy to run in, you can tell they are kind to her. The staff always seems upbeat and happy. I love feeling safe dropping my dog off to play or board! Can’t say enough good things about camp bow wow in Edmond! Thanks to o Amy, Taylor, Katie and the entire crew for keeping my pup safe and wearing her out!!
I’m not looking for a scripted apology or a phone number. I already spoke with the manager. The issue isn’t “not meeting expectations.” The issue is neglect. My dog was a healthy 2-year-old when I dropped him off. When I picked him up, he was barely able to stand, struggling to breathe, covered in vomit, and had a 106+ degree fever. He was never taken to a vet, never monitored appropriately, and I was never contacted when his condition declined. My dog love to play here! Not only does the owner and full staff really care about my dogs, my dogs love them just as much! I wouldn’t want them watched by anyone else!!! 100% LOVE!!!
Always the best. Staff are all friendly and really care about your dog. They learn all they can about your dog so they can watch out for them.
My puppy is a 70 pound high energy dog and he loovessss camp! He seems to be getting lots of interactions and loves all the dogs there. My only complaints are that he always comes home smelling SO bad! I also noticed when walking in to drop him off it smells a little rancid and dirty in the waiting area which is how he comes home smelling. He costs a lot to groom so I’m hoping he’ll air out over the next few days but if he comes home again like this we may need to find another place since it says something about the cleanlin... read more
