I have never experienced a more unprofessional establishment in my life! I, new to the doggy daycare was super excited to watch my lil guy have fun and enjoy his days. He did have fun playing, as I witnessed on the doggy cams. However, let me tell you of not 1, not 2, but THREE different instances that are completely unacceptable. 1- goes to camp, when picked up I’m informed that the bath was $40, after being told it would be $20. Dogs love their stays at Camp Bow Wow. The staff at the Springfield East location are pleasant and friendly and love on the doggies nonstop.
Camp Bow Wow all he does a great job
They take really good care of my dog Queenie. When we drive up to Camp Bow Wow she gets really excited. I like how they have it I can check on her. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow it's great.
