The staff at CBW Eden Prairie are amazing. Our dog, Henry, is a 60lb pittie mix with one brain cell and no "off" button, but the staff handle him beautifully every day he is at camp. He does enrichment activities regularly and he gets out all of his energy during the day. In the past, my partner and I agreed we would never board Henry because we were worried about the care he would receive, but at CBW, we wouldn't hesitate. Picked my dog up from doggy daycare and she had dried poop all over her bottom. Staff did not clean her up and said that they "didn't notice it" all day after she had been there for 8 hours. Spoke to the owner Diana and she refused to help me. Told her that my dog is prone to UTIs and the she refused to offer any reimbursement. I thought taking my dog here would make it easy on me for that day as I wasn't feeling well but when I came to pick her up I had to clean up a whole mess. We boarded our dog here for a week while we were on vacation. And used their daycare services a few times before then. She seemed to have a ball while here! We booked her one of those luxury suites so we had a camera on her while she rested and that definitely helped ease any worries I had about her. The staff here took amazing care of her and made her feel at home during her first boarding experience. 10/10 guys, thank you so much!
