I can’t speak highly enough about the staff at Camp BW - Mobile. I’ve used them for a few years now and here’s just one example of why I wouldn’t use any other facility: My two year old golden retriever started experiencing tummy issues which resulted in a very messy boarding space. The staff came in the next morning to find him and our other dog VERY messy. They bathed them and cleaned the kennel - then gave our golden lots of love and snuggles as he dealt with stress induced intestinal issues the whole day. They kept me up... read more
This facility may be good or bad but I will never know. The website looks nice. Was refused a tour which is a red flag for me. Been in the dog industry for over 10 years and I let everyone see what is going on behind closed doors. Reception had super poor customer service. Didn't even ask what kind of dog we had or what our needs are. Didn't offer to tell us any information at all. Didn't try to get us interested in bringing our dog. Charli LOVES going to Camp Bow Wow West Mobile! She missed going for about 3 months as she had surgery and was so excited when we asked her if she wanted to go to camp! She enjoys being with her counselors and all of her doggie pals. She came home content, happy, thirsty and tired! WE LOVE CAMP BOW WOW WEST MOBILE!!!
