Great experience and friendly staff!
My 9 year old Springer Spaniel was so well taken care of at Camp Bow Wow in Oak Park. Hubbell usually is so stressed around other dogs, but Camp Bow Wow gradually brought him into a full play yard of dogs and Hubbell wasn’t anxious. I picked him up 7 hours later and he was happy and tired, perfect! Maribeth Gunger.
They do a good job here! They really watch the dogs and are well managed. I used to bring my dog to the other major dog daycare in Oak Park but they have been trying to get a live stream hooked up for months - after requesting to see the footage, I can see why they do not have it. They could not be bothered with the dogs, and they had big ones and little ones all mixed! Camp Bow Wow is way better! Don’t risk your dog’s safety at that other one. They are too precious!
Very disappointed with the recent changes to the daycare pricing. The part-time daycare rate increased by $2, while the stay was reduced to only 5 hours. I understand that prices go up, but raising the price while also reducing the service you’re paying for doesn’t sit right with me. At a time when everything is already becoming more expensive, this honestly feels like taking advantage of the current economy rather than providing more value to customers. Poppy always loves going to Camp Bow Wow! Our dog loves Camp Bowwow and the staff is so friendly! She went to see her friends on Friday and came home, crawled into our bed (before we did), and slept for 13 hours straight! 😆
