Ok so first - I have to say this crew helped me out in a MAJOR bind. In COS to race track nationals at the OTC velodrome this week… normally my dogs and I travel in my camper van but given the heat advisory this week —we had to pivot to a hotel and then I needed a safe place for them to be during the afternoon race sessions. I’m adding to my review from seven years ago. My dog Ranger has been a long time visitor at CBW. In all the years he has spent daycare, boarded and grooming, the experience has been excellent. After having tried another facility we came back because I really appreciate the freedom the dogs are given to play or not play or just sleep under the watchful eyes of the employees. This place is clean, organized and easy to use. I feel comfortable leaving my dog there, I know that he’ll be safe and well cared for. He goes for overnights only when I’m traveling out of town (probably 35-40 nights per year) and I’ve never had any issues. I wish that they would send more pics or updates on how he’s doing when I’m away (I think they’ve done that twice in the years I’ve been using them), and prices are a bit high (comparable to other similar places though). This place is fantastic!! From the staff to the area!! They have an outdoor area for pets to go out and do their business!! I love that they can go out to do their business because any other place that doesn’t have an outdoor area, my pup has come back and done her business inside because she can’t decipher that the place she was at it was ok to do it inside but not at home. Apollo LOVESSS going to Daycare. I especially love Camp Bow Wow. Today was 100°F and I was so worried about my furbaby overheating. I called in just to make sure he was doing alright and Mercedes reassured me he was doing fine. She was very kind, professional, and knowledgable.
