This place is fantastic!! From the staff to the area!! They have an outdoor area for pets to go out and do their business!! I love that they can go out to do their business because any other place that doesn’t have an outdoor area, my pup has come back and done her business inside because she can’t decipher that the place she was at it was ok to do it inside but not at home. Apollo LOVESSS going to Daycare. I especially love Camp Bow Wow. Today was 100°F and I was so worried about my furbaby overheating. I called in just to make sure he was doing alright and Mercedes reassured me he was doing fine. She was very kind, professional, and knowledgable. Jake gets so excited whenever we pulli into the parking lot. He loves having a chance to play with the other dogs.
I’m a new dog mom and took my dog to get groomed yesterday for the first time. I truthfully didn’t know what to do or ask for, but the receptionist was so helpful on the phone. When I picked her up, I was a little concerned with the lack of responsiveness with them answering the phone that afternoon because I hadn’t been notified if my dog was done and ready for me to grab her or not.
